Jean-Pascal was involved in the operation of the company at different management levels such as project costing and implementation and later as Operations Manager.
Specialized in steel fabrication, pipe system fabrication and installation, and mechanical installation, this company has undertaken an extensive list of projects for major customers such as ABB, APV, BHP Petroleum, Cargill, Carnaud Metalbox, Elf, Foremost, Heineken, Procter & Gamble, Sika, Steinecker, Sucreries de Bourbon, Total, Unilever-Walls...
The company workforce increased from 60 workers in 1993 up to 500 workers at the beginning of 1998, ending successfully the construction site of a 8000 tonnes/day sugar factory.
After the completion of this project Jean-Pascal left the company to create ASTECH.

A native French speaker, Jean-Marc graduated in Business and management from a leading UK University. Jean-Marc Broqué started working in Asia 10 years ago in the field of logistics / transport.
In 1999, he became responsible for the sourcing activities in the South East Asia region for one of the largest retailing group in Europe before joining ASTECH.
